The staff was exceptional. The property was clean and in a great location to walk everywhere in Old Town.

All I can say is wow! I was in town on biz and decided to bring my significant other and booked a room at The Almond Tree Inn. The location is perfect, the size of the room is perfect. Walking distance to everything and located a block from Duval St, so it was quiet as well. I do wish they were a little more forth coming with the $30 a day for parking instead of telling me when I arrived (It was probably written somewhere and I didn't see it) There was construction, yet staff alerted me to it. Overall great experience, will stay again!
Just the parking fee. It has it's own parking lot, not sure It's right to do that, but hey it's their place

The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. The pool was great. The location is perfect.

The people who work at Almond Tree Inn are friendly and helpful. Breakfast items are displayed nicely and the people serving and assisting with breakfast are pleasant. A happy hour is also held each evening. The location and proximity to Duval Street, the southern-most point, Hemmingway House, Truman Winter White House, Mallory Square, etc are within walking distance
The Almond Tree Inn is an older motel that has been renovated to acceptable standards. The rooms are small. Our bed springs or bed frame was squeaky. We could hear conversations taking place outside our room. We stayed two nights and parked our white SUV in their parking lot for $30 per night. When we left, we had little black spots all over the car. After the seven hour ride home, we took the care to a car wash. It took three runs through the car wash and manual scrubbing to remove the little black droppings. We were told it was gecko droppings.
