Very charming, lots of really neat history, very friendly staff, spacious, gorgeous grounds.
The coffee. Seemed like the coffee had a lower standard than everything else.

The old school historical charm and large, lush grounds. Lots of activities on the property to keep one entertained.
The bed was uncomfortable and bedding very outdated. The rooms are due for a remodel.

it’s a charming boutique hotel with lots of history. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating staff
The rooms could use a little updating. our room has older carpet and smelled a little musty

The clean sheets. The bar. The parking. The open fire in the lounge. Nice walk in wardrobe. It was quiet.
The room had a fusty smell. The bathroom was small with a fairly clapped out shower in the bath.
Overall, I felt that the hotel was living on former glory days and needed a makeover. The hotel has a series of separate accommodations in the grounds, and our room had its own entrance on the ground floor, away from the main building.
I felt that its prices were way too high.

I've stayed at the Arizona Inn many times over the years and have always loved it - for the architecture, grounds, location, staff, etc. I used to live in Tucson and know the area very well and have always found the Inn to be the best place to stay. And is it usually great during late December with a festive atmosphere and afternoon tea in the lovely library. This year it was "blah".
I was really surprised during this stay (and I last was there in April 2022) how shabby the rooms looked. They were certainly clean but they seem so outdated, old and tired. Also, the dining room was closed and the cafe has a very limited menu. When we returned to the Inn of Saturday night about 9, the bar was closing and had no food and was no longer serving drinks. This seems very contrary to hospitality and guest comfort. We either had to get back in the car and find a place to have dinner or go to bed hungry (which we did).

Breakfast was wonderful
WiFi was indescribably slow in my room. Could text from my room but had to walk elsewhere to call anyone

I had breakfast twice on site and it was very good. Good hot breakfast. Plenty of choices. Everything appeared very fresh.
The only thing I would say about my breakfast is that it was plain.
I had a wonderful Southwestern breakfast burrito with green chili just a few blocks away.

Excellent location for us to visit our UofA kid, large rooms that were fully appointed and the entire staff exceeded expectations. Breakfast was excellent on their beautiful patio.

This is a great Classic Tucson destination. However in the last few years its luster has begun to fade. It has become more and the more noticeable. This recent visit we had to move rooms because the shutter was banging relentlessly. Then in our next room the air conditioner stopped working completely in the middle of the night. When I went to complain about it in the morning, I was given a business card and it was suggested that I call the general manager. I’ve never heard a response like that from a reputable hotel such as the Arizona Inn.

Location was perfect and centralized to everything. Staff was very friendly
While we did have expectations of the property being dated due to the age. Bed was pretty uncomfortable.

Food for all our meals was good but it is difficult to have same menu the whole time we were there. Three days in a row, I asked about the soup.Same one all three days. A little scary

The furnishings were a bit dated

Grounds and pool and main building are beautiful.
Waitresses were surly or hostil at times.
Hotel seems understaffed!

Beautiful facilities and well maintained.
Room was small.

Service was poor. We tried twice to eat at the restaurant and staff was rude. A manager needs to get ahold of the place if there aren't enough employees since it reflects highly on your establishment. I will never stay here again nor recommend it
