after we tired to get a refund, we saw a scorpion and the front desk lady killed it like it was no big deal.

it’s run down, seems like people live there. the hallways smell like a cafeteria.

everything was dirty, I wanted to cancel and get a refund after I saw the room but they still charged me. We didn’t sleep there.

Don't stay there.

The "breakfast" was a total joke. Packaged muffins, extra-small granola bars, and weak coffee. The air-conditioning was set to 62, and running, when we checked in, and the carpet was damp. The shower didn't work. While it's an extended stay, with kitchenette, there was nothing in the kitchen. When I asked, I had to go get it myself at the front desk. The highway noise was constant. the young man who checked us in the first night was polite and helpful. Not true of the other staff.

They asked to put a hold on our credit card for potential damages. Two days later they processed the hold as a purchase. Two days after we checked out, we still have not received the credit back on our card. In other words, they've given themselves a loan. Imagine how much money they "use" when they "borrow" $200 for every room for every hotel in the country.

Will probably be back...

Decent sized room with kitchenette. Accepts pets. Smells great as soon as you walk in the front door.

Hallway not really vacuumed. I think I heard them vacuuming once, but in general, the carpet looks dirty.

Good room, bad hotel policies

Big room for a good price, you can pay for faster wifi but the free works well.

We very almost didn't get a room despite having a reservation... apparently they consistently overbook the hotel and can't guarantee your room, so a couple arrived just after we finished checking in and they were turned away even though they had a reservation. Terrible policy!

If you want basic lodging this is the place. Make sure you pay less than all other local options.

Um..... Staff were kind.

It was the most barebones lodging I have ever stayed in. The bed had one sheet on it that was also the comforter. But it was thin as maybe putting 2 sheets together at best. Pillows just sucked. Place smelled. AC was so loud. Hotel literally on the Interstate and walls are so so thin. I almost left to get a room elsewhere but realized places were pretty booked. I didn’t care that I already had paid for it.

the location

no amenities, no coffee, hair driers, wash cloths so thin it was like washing with toilet paper. was not aware they were going to charge us a $200 deposit. Also only 1 ice machine for entire hotel, located on 1st floor

Good

I was pleasantly surprised at the exceptional customer service provided by the morning staff. The room itself was tidy had great water pressure which heated quickly .

The halls did have a peculiar smell.
