The staff- man at the front desk was extremely nice and informative.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was welcoming.
Just tired of having feather pillows, need something firmer.

Choose this hotel due to its closeness to Salem. The room was a nice size and the beds were comfortable. Overall the room served its purpose and we had a pleasant stay and were able to go to nearby to look for restaurants.
The breakfast selection was decent but we decided to skip it. In the rooms we could hear noise from the outside and other guest using the ice machine.

Closeness to Salem
The bed was too close to the air conditioner. The elevator smelled like smoke. We were there for 5 nights and the room was never cleaned
