The two men on duty when I was there were very friendly,courteous, and professional. I enjoyed dealing with both men. I believe one gentleman's name is CJ. The room was hard floor and very clean and cozy. Only issue was my wife could not use the hairdryer because it did not work. I will stay there again when I come back to Tuscaloosa to watch an Alabama game. Oh last but not least was the bed slept amazing. My wife and have bad backs to boot.
