Location. Staff was kind.
The air unit in the room. While on it was loud and I had trouble staying asleep with the noise

Workout room was nice.
Need to get a new clerk for checking in as he was slower than molasses and was not welcoming (never smiled).
Wallpaper needs to be replaced (especially at elevators).
Tiles are cracked in elevator.
Stain on wall in room 306.
