First, there were homeless people right outside our door. Before bringing our luggage into the room, I immediately checked the bed. There was hair on the sheets and the fitted sheet was covered in black spots. We immediately tried to call the office but the phone didnt work. We just got back in the car and drove around to the office and demanded a refund.

I liked comfortable bed

I didn't like the fact that the first room the remote didn't work which they took care of they switched me rooms I was grateful but then the next room their housekeeping did an awful job there was stuff all in the floor on the sink I killed a roach and then literally all night you have tweakers outside yelling and screaming dogs barking people stomping on the floor above you all night Non-Stop

Breakfast was not eatable, need to totally redo menu, need more selection and add bacon/eggs/sausage and fruit.

bad experience we won’t stay at another Days Inn

the clerk when we checked in. she was very nice

food was left in refrigerator from whoever had room before us. no toilet paper. floor looked and felt dirty. when I pulled covers back on the bed there were black marks on the sheets. there was no coffee maker in the room but there was a refrigerator and microwave. breakfast was very slim of variety. I got butter to put on my muffin and there were empty butter packs in the container with the butter. we were very disappointed in our stay.

Bed was comfortable

Stains on the sheets. The air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep. Still using the covid excuse for no breakfast even though website advertised for it. Wouldn't stay again. Not worth the money

Staff was very friendly and polite. Has potential to be great

No pool even though it said it was open on the website and was the MAIN reason I booked them. Stains on my sheets, holes on the bedding, Hole in the bathroom door, stains all over the walls, and I don't know if there was breakfast but their lobby was closed that morning

Will never use hotel again no matter how inexpensive the rooms are.

On a main road that goes through business area to restaurants and shopping.

Site stated breakfast. Could not access inside lobby to use any of their amenities as they were barely open due to covid issues. Pool not open. Could not enter area to check in. Had to use window in wall to exchange funds for key entry to outside rooms only. Had officer patrolling area as high theft in neighborhood.

Needed tv repaired. Stool stopped up. Had to move to a new room.

Cheap but was still not worth it.

Convenient to where I needed to be

Room was dirty. Sheets and towels stained. I was embarrassed that I booked a room for my daughter as well. No breakfast.

It was advertised that the room came with a coffee maker. There was no coffee maker. Our room had roaches. Our home has no pests. If I brought roaches back home I will be upset😑. Pest control can be very expensive.
