Do NOT reccomend. Avoid!

The price was reasonable. The room was halfway decent, but WAY TOO MANY NEGATIVES!

Not much. The hallways, elevator and entrance were in seriously bad shape and smelled. There was trash lying around in the Elevator. There were no dishes silverware or even a cup to handle a hot beverage (not even a paper one). Upon request for a single paper cup, the front desk was not able to accommodate, which was made more painful by the fact that there was no breakfast. The train was too loud and kept me up al night. If not for the train, the highway sounds would have kept me up. The people cooking food on an open car engine was hard to fathom. Also, there is no store less than a mile away.

The rooms were dirty and outdated they don't offer breakfast or have a swimming pool like they were advertising the front desk helper was VERY RUDE THIS LOCATION IS MORE FOR PEOPLE THAT NEEDS A PLACE TO LIVE ...NOT VACATION, LATE NIGHT GET AWAY

Why travelers should not stay at the WoodSpring Suites Hotel, Lenexa.

The location was convenient for me.

The staff were less than hospitable, to say the least. One incident that stood out from the rest was one involving Sonia, the overnight clerk. One day I was awaiting my taxi near the property, and happened to look in the direction of what she informed was her vehicle. She popped her head out of a window on the ground floor and proceeded to unleash a tirade of bizarre statements, and demanded that I "get away from" her vehicle. I didn't know which vehicle was hers, as my gaze was not focused on any one particular object, but I did get as far from this window that she was yelling from, fairly quickly, not knowing what to expect next. Other concerns relate to conditions of the property itself, which included electricity in my room not working, requiring me to experience the inconvenience of having to switch rooms, air-conditioning that produced more noise than cool air, sparse to non existent heat, extra fees for things like "enhanced internet," and a "linen fee" which were not provided in the former instance, or only sporadically provided the latter instance. There were additional issues, but I think I have conveyed enough thus far to have done my civic duty, forewarning others not to stay at the WoodSpring Suites Hotel, Lenexa Kansas.

The property is very out dated, the elevator was broken. very strong smoking smell through out the property. inside the room is very dirty, the bathtub has something in it looks like blood, and there was some random woman banging on the door and yelling and cusing out of nowhere. This place is very crippy and scary.

It was very disappointing for the price I paid. The highway noise was so loud I couldn’t sleep

The only good thing I can say is that it was roomy

It was not clean and the beds were very poor quality. Shower was broken!

Never stayed there

We arrived at the hotel around 7 pm. Sign on the security gate said the front desk was closed and to call a 4 digit number. Took quite some time to find the phone. it was outside of the lobby near the exit. There was another group of people sitting on the floor in the hall waiting for someone to come. We checked into our room and the heater was not working, this is Kansas in November. I called the front desk and she told me they were totally booked, so my only option would be to find another hotel and they would reimbursed my credit card in the morning when some other employee would be there. My credit card was not reimbursed. I called the hotel and no one answered. I left a message for a return call. They did not call. I sent them a message through Booking.com, they did not reply. I sent a message to Booking.com and they replied that the hotel would not be reimbursing me. I sent another message to the hotel which they also ignored. I’m done with Booking.com (customer service is pathetic) I definitely don’t recommend this hotel and can’t believe Booking.com even recommends them.

The room wasnt clean, everywhere I touched IT WAS STICKY.I couldn’t walk around the room without my socks on,because the floor was dirty and sticky. the switch boards were dirty. Altogether the facility needs to be deep cleaned.

I was charged for the room that I did stay in because no one was at the front desk - it was closed and the phone numbers outside to call never answered. In addition, my wife called the number 917-327-1101 and no one answered. Today tried again and the same issue - of no one answers. I called 500 and 501 on the house phones and left message on 501 -- no one came to the front door. After 20 minutes I left and found another hotel.

Every thing generally ok. You are great people

I think a coffee and donuts station would be a plus. There are no bugs at all that is great TV channels are good

The intake fans above the stove need to be a little more insulted between rooms. Gets in a privacy matter needs fixed separate so nobody can listen what's happening in your room. That come from 106 s. Room

I departed from the hotel at about 5:30a.m on 26th July 2022 and headed to the airport. I had notified the office clerk, Brandi of the same. I had accidentally left my son, PS4 game console and remote in my room 319. I immediately had my adult son who is attending college in Kansas visit the hotel and spoke to Brandi about the PS4. She was very rude and expressed that she checked the room herself and it was not there however I beg to differ. Since I recalled my son playing the game until 2 a.m on the said morning. I contact Brandi personally on the 27th morning and she was very rude and defensive. I know that there are cameras in the foyer on each floor is there anyway that a camera footage can be looked at to determine who had access to the room after?

The property advertised does not match the real property! When we got there is was horrible and looked nothing like the photos! We end up getting our money refunded and going somewhere else!

I will not return to a Wood spring hotel again.

I didn't stay for breakfast. The location was secluded and not easier to find.

the process I paid for this hotel I could stayed in a much nicer hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, there was no blow dryer. The room was very small.

Nothing....reception lousy, entrance door dirty, staff non identifying, person entered my room prior to 11am Nothing did I like!!!

Booked and paid for hotel. Got there at 9:30 PM. Got a rude lady on the lobby phone. She came downstairs And told us we did Not have a reservation. We did Not ever stay there. Take the charge off my card. Why would you book us and have us travel across town To get there at 9:30 at night and then not have a room When we got there

Wouldn’t know cause your management is trash.

Wouldn’t Know. Had baseball Saturday til 6:00. Come to check in at 6:30 and no worker is around. Spent 40 min on hold.

The lack of Working a front desk after 4pm on a Saturday. when nascar is is in town. Graduation weekend and a big baseball tournament within 10 miles of you And I can’t check in after my sons game at 6:30 because the front desk closes at 4. What a joke
