Well the property was in a good location
Well because the room was upstairs and I had knee surgery

None, it was a last minute decision
Their bedding was not decent, there’s holes in it. Their pillow cases do not smell like it was washed nicely. Other people there were so loud and even banged the door loudly, I got scared. I will not book there ever. I have to reset the key every time I go out, so annoying.
