I chose this hotel because of the location and reviews and facilities- let me say- it was perfect for our 25th anniversary! The room we had was next to one of the pools and was spacious with a seating area and the temperature control was perfect. The pools were so comfortable, nice and relaxing. There are many to choose from! The grounds are amazing- well-kept and lush and at night the lighting was perfect- making it seem magical. I liked that the property is quiet and seems perfect for couples or small groups. All the employees were super helpful and so nice. I would definitely stay there again!

I liked the location - very walkable and also the staff were all very nice and accommodating.
Bathroom was a little outdated but that’s it

Location exccellent
Communication with Jonathan very poor
It took him 3 days to respond to a query
He did try to resolve the situation once he did respond and made an agreement with us but then made another error and when I contacted him to resolve this did not communicate with us to confirm he had in gact eventually resolved the situation
