It is very cute and upgrades have been made to some rooms. Part of the property is long term stay and a few rooms for vacation stays.
Our room was very nice. There is a little in wall fake fireplace that added some ambiance.
While our room was aesthetically very nice, it seemed that it could have been a little cleaner. A good wipe down with a Clorox wipe. I’m pretty particular about common areas. I.e. remote control, the kitchen cart,bed and shower. If those are clean, I can deal with the rest.
Tv remote was dirty, when I pulled the blanket back on the bed , there was a dark hair right in the middle. Ok, that could be an incidental from the person making the bed. Otherwise, the bed was clean but, it just didn’t make me feel good. Like a hair in your food at a restaurant. The tub/hot tub shower has a little yellowing to it. So, I did not use the hot tub. After showering, it seemed it is aged and not necessarily dirty.
As far as the courtyard, it was not inviting. There were a few patios with chairs but the deck had major holes in it with a board laying over it.

Beautiful in-the-woods cabin feel. Surrounded by pine trees.
Missing hangers in the closet area. TV was sort of on the fritz. Would not stay on.

The room was clean
Too noisy. Right along the main road and I was given a room right in front. Did not sleep well. The pillows were useless
