Staff was great! Hotel was quite and felt safe.

Had no hot water for morning shower. Arrived and toilet was dirty all around the base. Shower had a goat cobweb in the corner.

Nice and cheap

The price, the rooms are huge, free breakfast was good it was clean. Pool area was nice, the rustic theme is cute...there were a few hiccups but would definately stay again

Didnt have any soap in the bathroom or shower gel shampoo or conditioner in the pumps in the shower, I didnt contact front desk because we were just there one night and I always carry that stuff with me. Apparantly its a place people like to go with small kids there were SO many everywhere that started running up and down the halls at 7am but the hotel cant really control that, I was so looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub after walking in the mall for hours but the jets were broke

Great staff and great atmosphere in the hotel! Enjoyable stay!

The room was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast one day. The staff were outstanding in addressing our issues with the key cards and giving ideas for restaurants. Everyone was friendly plus the overall atmosphere was great. Thank you!!

The key card reader on our room needed repairs and the heat lamp above the in room Jacuzzi needed replacement. Addding a few more washcloths to the shower area would be helpful. Just two isn’t enough. The staff were very gracious in getting me more at the front desk. Overall, it was a good experience though.

Overall, we had a great time in a fun room for multiple kids.

We enjoyed the large room to accommodate our needs. The pool is excellent as far as hotel pools go, nice large space, and the hot tub is a good size as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the free hot breakfast.

The hotel needs to be updated. The building looks a little run down and was not exceptionally clean. The drains were all slow, which grosses me out. The TV was old and not a Smart TV so it did not meet our needs as far as logging into a platform to watch a movie. Also, the volume did not work on HBO.

Absolutely blown away when I opened the door to the room

I love the decor and the themed rooms. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

It’s not the properties fault but the one thing that I didn’t like was the parking lot with the ice and snow very slippery Can’t blame the hotel for inclement weather.

Another good stay at Stoney Creek for December graduations.

Very spacious room. Nice to have extra space since we were visiting our kids in college, plus bringing ourselves and our son in high school with us.

The room hadn't been cleaned very well from a prior guest. There were items still in the shower stall and a dresser door was full of over-the-counter medicines. Plus in our one room we had four (4) lights burned out. The room was great, could have been a bit better prepared.

Very good

The location was excellent and the breakfast was good. They were understaffed or the bar in the evening the first night so it wasn't open. There was a sock under our bed that wasn't ours so housekeeping needs to step it up when cleaning for he next guest. Other than that it was very good.

They need to make sure they have staff on busy weekends when they are charging are more money and they need to make sure all the amenities are up and running.

Overall a good experience.

Rooms were nice, and staff was friendly.

I wasn't thrilled about the price hike because of the busy weekend. Doubt the price would be the same if I booked another time that was less busy.

Sad to see such a interesting hotel look so rundown and ill kept.

The location was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed the pool very much. Having pool towels on site was a great touch. The lodge feeling was very fun.

The overall problem was the hotel is becoming rundown. We had light fixtures that did not work, a ceiling fan that squeaked because it was hanging loose from the ceiling, the kitchenette had no dishes or soap, we were given one cup for the coffee maker and no cups in the bathroom, the shower drained very slow so ended shower in a puddle of soapy water, and the best part....the toilet was plugged and when we called down to the service desk, they told us there was no one there to service the room and they would bring us a plunger. We unplugged the stool ourselves. Yuck.

Room 37

The bldg itself was very nice. The breakfast was quite good.

However there were kids running up and down the halls unsupervised. They continued this until at least 10pm. The room itself smelled funny like weird type of room freshener. The beds were a little lumpy. Stayed in room 37 in the basement.

For staying after a surgury it was like a vacation for me.

It was very clean and nice. The workers were very nice.

My favorite hotel, but a disappointing stay.

It’s great place to stay, with a nice indoor-outdoor pool and a “hot tub” which is pretty, but not very hot.

Someone puked in the pool, so they nicely asked everyone to leave until morning. We weren’t allowed to use the hot tub either, because they closed the whole area. Decided to watch a movie in our room, but they don’t have smart TVs. I called the front desk to ask why I couldn’t watch a movie on my Prime account and found out their TVs can’t cast from mobile devices, and they don’t offer streaming services as a hotel either. So, you can’t watch any of your streaming services unless you bring a laptop and HTMI cable with you. There is no point to a big screen TV when you are stuck with reruns of old TV shows.

Very clean and I appreciated the Bath & Body Works shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Very nice after a long day traveling.

Upgraded!! To a massive, beautiful room. Lovely staff!

When we got there to check in they had sold out of the room type we'd requested, so they upgraded us! Massive room with a fireplace and jetted tub. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Our room needed a little TLC. Something was splattered on the wall by the bed. Most of the light bulbs needed replaced. A few little things like that, nothing that retracted from the quality of the stay.

Even though it was a non smoking room, people were congregating outside and smoking...and it smelled like smoke in our room. It also felt a bit sketchy with so many people drinking outside for many hours

Clean, Spacious, Friendly staff!

Stayed here after a 13 hour drive from GA! Such a nice place!!! The rooms are SO spacious, clean, and the patio was super private as well. The ladies at the front desk were super nice and they had complimentary brownies! The pool and hot tub are very very clean, no gross smell and kept up super well, and the bar was great! 12 out of 10! We will be back!

Highly DO NOT recommend!!

It was quiet. The lobby area is interesting.

The first room didn't have a working toilet. Had to move rooms. Second room had a working toilet but the room smelled very musty. No one at the front desk ever answered the phone, constant busy signal. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the lampshades were ripped, the carpet was ripped and had holes in it, the window valance was fake fur with large clumps of dust hanging off it. The whole hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Absolutely not worth the prices charged.

They ruint my grandkids Birthday party

We went there for my 2 grand kids birthday. I booked 2 months ahead and even went there to pick our room out, which they put in computer to reserve for us, When arriving at the Stoney Creek Hotel to check in they informed me my room had changed similar to the one I reserved but on the 3rd floor the room was dirty the blinds were tore up the desk was behind it has never been cleaned there was dust food candy pieces etc. Our room was over all the air condioning and transformers so there wasn't a view at all and noise from the units. I called front desk and asked for room change or an up grade they weren't budging, oh they were ninasty nice but they were not going to do anything about their mistakes. Oh they gave me a choice but rooms were smaller and kept saying that room was the biggest in house. Then on check out they tried to charge me another $100.00 dollars for using the party room. Called me a liar and said we did use it , infact we never did and didn't tell them we would I said I would get back with her if we want it. She was very rude and said yes we did. I threatened to call the police that she was trying to get over on us. To top that off she would tell my family that we were in the party room and they walked around down there for 45 minutes trying to find us, when we were in our room #306.I have never been treated so badly by this manager as I did the whole weekend we were there. No apologies no nothing. We were not loud or left the room a mess just the normal beds trash and linens. We were all very upset this manager on that day should not be in the hospitality position especially inanagement. I am going to see how I can get refunded or another weekend with the advise of my attorney as well as damages to very important weekend for our grand kids. Please me @ 5734163589 if you need any more information about the stay that literally made me cry andy grandson.

The room was awful and dirty, theamager was so rude and down right nasty. The way we were treated was an embarrassment and hurt me and family's feelings it almost messed up our weekend. I am so upset that I will be talking toy lawyer

We had an amazing time at this hotel!

The staff were all very friendly, the hotel was very clean and nicely furnished. The pool area was a huge hit with the kids and adults. The Breakfast was likely the best hotel breakfast ever. :)

Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

The breakfast and attendant were excellent.

One of the major reasons I came to this particular hotel was because of the swimming pool chair lift. However, It was not working. (my wife is wheelchair bound)
