Never again. Place needs serious updating

Price and location

Homeless camp right next to their parking lot, the sink didnt have a plug and you could see all the spit, slim and hair residue from the previous customers. I almost gagged. Cheesy windows, questionable safety locks and enterance from the side was questionable. Such a dumpy location-we didnt even stay, it was nonrefundable but we didn’t care, we went elsewhere.

Passable

Breakfast was decent could have more of variety same breakfast everyday and had to wait for them to bring more out. Both nights we stayed had to wait for them to bring more food out.

Quit clean staff was friendly would recommend to family and friends if traveling there.

Very poor

The only highlight was the fact there was breakfast. And the morning desk guy was nice. But really that's all.

The sheets were dirty, with hair and stains. A sheet was inside out. The hair dryer did not work. One towel for four people registered to the room and when we asked for extra towels we were given two. There were no towels out for the pool, despite there being a designated area for the towels. Very dirty pool. Empty cans laying around. Dirt, leaves, bugs all around with no accessible skimmer. Cigarette butts floating in the pool. The door closest to the pool would not open with key cards. The carpets were dirty, the bathtub was dirty, and the toilet paper holders were RUSTY.

Will not stay here again, as hotel was not kept up, very shabby, amenities were not great.

room fairly clean; clerk was nice and apologetic; open wifi

sign on desk was dirty; everything was shabby; NO ELEVATOR!!!, room key would not work on exit/entrance door to parking lot; had to rely on someone coming in or out, sink was rusty, no hook in bath; no tissues; no usb ports; PILLOWS WERE HARD!!! Bring your own! Only two towels in bath, two washcloths for two people. Needed four for bath and hair.

The breakfast wasn’t great- not enough room to offer a decent amount of food. No eggs or refrigerated items, hard biscuits. This place needs some TLC.

If you just need a bed to sleep in for the night- it was serviceable. Not a good weekend place.

Staff was great. If you have pet allergies either ask for a 2nd floor room of do not stay there. Really needs updating. Breakfast area was clean and well maintained. I only had coffee.

it was horrible, and will never stay there again or reccommend it

refridgerator froze everything and was unlevel. hanndle on toilet broken, backed up asked for a plunger, never came. hot tubfilthy, room had a foul odor. breakfast had zero diabetic options, not even hard boiled eggs. parking was therrible, i am handicapped and we had to walk from a very far distance. I originally booked sat night and the price online said $100, it came out to $157. when added friday night, the price for friday night was almost double what Saturday night was. The price and value for the bad bad experience was definitely not good. I will NEVER stay there again and will tell everyone i know not to stay there ever. and we travel to Columbia from St Louis at least once every 8 weeks. Very dissatisfied!!

Good

My husband had heart surgery and he had a very hard time getting settled. The bed was ok but he had trouble breathing and the chair was so small he couldn’t even to try to sleep in it. We thought the picture of the room had a couch. The picture also had a walk in shower and seat but we had a tub and he couldn’t get in it so we just stayed one night. I hope we get our money back for the night we canceled out of

beds really comfortable with nearly brand new mattresses. fridge in room. location easy access.

not exactly clean. our door lock didn’t work right and had to have help to unlock door. front desk already knew this but didn’t bother to give us a better room. breakfast late based on what we were told. very basic breakfast.

Miserable night of sleep. Room temperature was way too hot and thermostat seemed broken.

The heater had the room up to 80 degrees at night and the thermostat seemed broken. It was reading 50 degrees. Took forever to cool the room back down. Couldn’t sleep with it that warm. Should’ve requested a refund but just wanted out of there in a hurry the next morning!

Our mobility access room had issues. A couch had to be moved so we could get in with wheelchair. Bathroom had issues with sink too high and unable to use shower provided. Room card keys did not work on first try most of the time

horrible, gross.

was able to get a very last minute booking.

stayed for only 2.5 hours total. we got there at 5 pm and stayed until 7 pm then left and returned at 11 pm and checked out. did not feel safe to stay here overnight. also room very disgusting. -very dirty. door handles for bathroom had wet grey substance on them(not paint). towels had hair and stains on them. shower was very dirty did not look clean at all. stains and mold all around various parts of the tub. chair had very large brown stain. - not safe at all. very large homeless community around and walking close to windows that are not able to lock. - staff not very friendly nor helpful.
