Overall a good stay.

Location, room, and breskfast.

It was full and a bunch of young kids running rampant, especially during happy hour to the point my wife and i could not partake.

disappointed in the lack of follow up

the hotel was in a good location and the breakfast was good

we were on the fifth floor and had been in our room a short time when the elevator stopped working. I asked if there would be any compensation for the inconvenience ( in town for a golf tournament and my son had to carry his clubs up ten flights of stairs a few times) I was told that the manager would give me a call…that did not happen.

We were very pleased with our rooms, We traveled with kids and the fold out couch to bed was perfect for us for the kids

The staff was nice & friendly. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Good breakfast & dinner for guests that included drinks. Wasn't expecting that, but it was a pleasant surprise.

It wasn't bad, but I wish they would have fixed the smoke detector.

The location of the hotel was nice. Right across the street from the Columbia mall. Plenty of food options nearby. Very nice bed, and bathrooms. It was raining the entire time I was there, so I did end up staying up in my room the majority of my stay.

Smoke detector went off saying low battery throughout the extent of my stay. I notified the front desk and they said that they would take care of it. It was never taken care of. Safety hazard and was very annoying to say the least.

Great food and Staff, we had a wonderful time during our Girl's Weekend!

This was our annual "Girl's Weekend" trip. The free eats and drinks were very nice. The food was tasty. Staff was very kind and accommodating. We were conveniently close to the exit, making loading in and out, easier. All in all, we were very satisfied. We will probably return next year!

Beds were a little too firm for my family's liking. Room with a "view", ended up being a view of the pool ~ not exactly what we were expecting for a "view". Also, I called ahead and asked to be close to the elevator, as I walk with a walker. We were not near the elevator. In fact, we were on the opposite side of the hotel, all the way, away from the dining area.

Not good bad stay overall

There was not many options for breakfast the coffee tastes like water and the oatmeal was watered down as well the eggs was over cooked the waffles was good but other than that I give it a 3 outta 10 very bad service from then aswell as far as customer service definitely not gonna stay again

The service at the front desk couldn’t find my original reservation and I had to wait there while they looked and after 30 mins they had to make me a different one and they sent me in a room with no bed sheets so I had to call the front counter to bring me some and it took them a hour to do so

Pretty enjoyable

The free breakfast was exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional. The overall atmosphere and appearance of the hotel was luxurious.

It would have been nice to know about the $50 deposit when I was booking. I was traveling on a tight budget to begin with and believed I had paid everything for the hotel in advance. Had I known about the deposit I would have been better prepared and would have more spending cash to enjoy my trip with. $50 may not sound like alot but it did have a negative impact on my trip requiring me to adjust my itinerary even though I got it back when I checked out.

Good hotel location close to ammmenities

Clean hotel. Comfortable rooms. Bed comfortable. Kickback supper and drinks were great. Breakfast next morning was great except they were out of milk and juice and water didnt work??

Lack of morning crew at breakfast to remedy issue with being out of milk. There are many grocery stores within a block that they could have obtained needed items. Water was simple fix just set out pitchers of water? Water pressure in room was poor but due to the issue with system I am assuming. Juice machine doesn't work either when water pressure down. Again could have been resolved before 630 crowd.

Would stay here again

property was very clean and like new. our room and bed were very comfortable. the supper at night was actually good and included in your rate which made up for the $40 pet charge for one night. there was access to an indoor pool directly from the back door in your room which would be nice with kids.

we had to leave early (4am) to head home and a couple shady people hanging around the side parking lot and at the convenient store across the street. was actually thankful I had my dog with me at the time.
