Overall, this was a great stay. We love the breakfast and kickback dinners. The food was delicious and Gloria, the chef, was so friendly. Staff is always friendly and courteous. And my kids enjoyed the desserts, especially the lava cake and ice cream.
Our TV in room 214 was super dark. I think it is going out and needs to be replaced. I would also love a little more variety in hot breakfast options.

Housekeeping needs to do better about checking rooms and replenishing towels and tissue etc. I shouldn’t have to hunt someone down to get toilet tissue on my first night/morning. No one ever came to replenish our towels etc

Location
For how much I paid for the room, the room was dirty. You can tell the room wasn’t cleaned beforehand spiderwebs. Dust couch was disgustingly stained no trash bags in the trash cans a note was left in the bed that stated welcome Dave. No one in my family name was Dave on the shower floor. A puddle of shampoo had dripped down.
