2023 vacation

Location, room size, comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate,free parking,quiet room,nice area to walk in.

Extremely dated,very loose toilet seat,comforter was badly stained, tiny holes in curtain.

Disappointing all around.

The location (Keene Street, near the I-70 / US-63 interchange) was good.

Throughout the hotel, the use of air fresheners is so aggressive as to invite questions regarding what undesired odor(s) are being masked. The air inside feels damp, as if there may be a ventilation or humidity control issue. Our room had visible mold between the shower tiles, and a pretty significant hole in the carpet. The walls and furniture also looked generally scuffed-up. I was in town to visit old friends. My partner asked me not to come back to the hotel too late, as she was not comfortable being alone there in the middle of the night.

Great value, great place

The staff was awesome and always had a smile on their faces. For the price, this place is awesome. Everyone on a budget, this place is perfect

The shower was a lot to be desired for. Couldn't get the nob to turn and it kept going cold. Made for a quick shower

A women entered the room during the evening. She had a room key that worked in the door. I don't know if it was an employee or if a guest room key worked in more than one room. She just said, Oh, I have the wrong room. This is unacceptable.

Awful & need refund since we didn’t stay & it was a health issue.

We did not stay. The check in was unprofessional. The room was awful. water/mold stains on wall. Stains on carpet, in bathtub, rips on wall, many other issues. Manager said we could not have a refund because we used the bathroom (we were in room for 10 minutes). There was no available bathroom in lobby. Room was $300 which is ridiculous for the this hotel & all of the issues. We took pictures & contacted Booking.com immediately after leaving.

Unquality inn

Nothing was exceptional.

Only one plug by bed. Light at bed only worked on one side. No alarm clock. Paint peeling on ceiling. Breakfast was a stretch. Biscuits and canned gravy Waffles Cereal No meat or eggs Basically ,an $85.00 motel with $143.00 price.

Breakfast could have been better. Some kind of protein option would be nice. They had nothing but bread and cereal options.

Be Careful where you stay

It was close to where we.needed.to.be.

The room was not clean the fitness center was closed. The breakfast was terrible. There was even a burnt waffle in the maker who knows how long that was there.
