Right off the highway

Construction is going on and it gets quite noisy The pool was dirty…

IT was good for the one night...

Recently renovated, fresh, and clean. The bed was comfortable and although we were right next to the elevator, it did not disturb us. Breakfast was nice and well done. Good restaurants nearby. easy access.

Unfortunately, the main entrance was still under renovation making ingress and egress quite awkward. Using the carts via the two entrances at the end was cumbersome at best. We understand this was temporary but some alternate temporary ramp for this time would have been appreciated. I also found it strange that I was refused a hard copy invoice upon checkout due to us using a third-party booking. We have done so at other BW hotels without this song and dance. One more thing that was not in the hotel's control - a grease removal truck started pumping at 7 AM at the Bob Evans next door - and the sound resonated in our room to the point we had to leave. We tried calling the front desk, and the restaurant and almost called 911 it was soooooo loud and disturbing.

Convenient, clean, reasonably priced

Location, friendliness and breakfast

They are remodeling and it’s 1/2 clean and 1/2 dirty. It’s also noisy at times.

Great!

Whole hotel was modern and clean. Breakfast was very good. Front desk staff was super friendly even though we showed up for check-in around 11pm.

Limited space in the lobby for breakfast -- make sure to show up early if you don't plan on eating in your room.

It was good! And quiet.

It was nice, convenient and friendly.

The iexcessive, nflated cost for the weekend . No extra blankets or pillows in the room.

Will not stay there again and told others to look at other options if they were staying in Columbia

Breakfast was good. Clean and comfortable beds.

When we got to our room the coffee maker was missing we reported it to desk (so we would not be accused of stealing it. Staff did bring one to our room. We had issues with our key cards and had to make three trips to desk to fix it. Then we discovered our TV didn't work so made another trip to desk. They did replace the batteries in the remote and fixed it. Our room was at the very end of the hall and we heard traffic all night from the highway. Parking was also limited and we had to use side entry ways and back entry way which we had to pass thru the pool to get to the elevator. We were on the second floor.

There is a loud noise in the plumbing when someone above you turns on the shower.

Great stay in Columbia, Missouri

Newly remodeled and very clean! Staff was very pleasant and took pride in their work and in their hotel. Will definitely stay here again when in Columbia, MO.

Superb

The bed was not very firm and didn't like the pillows. Otherwise, very good. They were renovating and the lobby was a little messy. We did not stay for breakfast.
