We enjoyed our stay

The smell. A decent amount of hotels have a smell to them, whether it's chlorine from the pool or from when they allowed smoking. This place smelled like what you would call normal. Just like walking into your room at home. It was very nice and very clean. Will definitely stay at another Residence Inn if one is in the area I am travelling.

Excelent for travelers and their dog companions.

I liked the facilities, and even some green space for dogs. Also, there were some good food options close.

It was loud on the first floor. Also, there was a dog fee that no one had mentioned to be previously.

It is great for a family if you don't care about having an indoor pool.

We liked the size of the room. We have four small kids and the room size was great for all of us. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. They had a wide variety of food, hot and cold that we could sit down and eat or grab and go. There was plenty to choose from!

The main reason we rented the room was for the indoor pool. I was traveling for work, but we wanted to go as a family and take our kids to see some sights. Since I had a 4 hour event at work, we planned on letting the kids and my spouse swim while I was at work. When we arrived, we discovered that the pool was broken and even drained. We were VERY disappointed. Staff did apologize and said they had notified booking.com several times about the pool but it was still being listed on the site as having an indoor pool.

I wouldn’t recommend.

Room was spacious.

The pool was closed which was the whole reason we got a room. This needs to be shared w guests or posted somewhere. The food was mediocre. I emailed the facility without a response.

It had heat.

BEFORE YOU BOOK, MAKE SURE THE POOL IS OPEN. Booking.com does not list that the pool is inoperable. The indoor pool wasn't open and since we had booked through booking.com, we weren't aware of this. It was the only reason why we booked this room. The "general manager" Serena wasn't much help either.

Great place to stay. I would stay again. I would have liked biscuits and gravy. 2 mornings in a row, no biscuits and gravy.

Nice stay, cold pool.

I liked the size of the room for the price. I stayed in a queen suite and it was nice to have the living area separate from the bedroom. The breakfast was also better than I was expecting.

The pool was freezing cold. The main reason I chose a hotel instead of a short term rental was to hopefully enjoy a warm pool with our toddler. I asked the front desk and they seemed to check into it, but then said that the heaters seemed to be working properly and were "up all the way", which I found hard to believe.

Lots of traffic noise. 75 for a dog per night is too much. The pet area is not lighted very well.

Nice place

Check in was smooth. The employee who was working was supper nice and easy to talk to. The room itself was perfect for what we needed. Location was absolutely great.

Nothing really went wrong with this stay. Nothing to complain about. Good job.

it’s a quiet place with decent breakfast and the staff is accommodating but it needs updating and if they are going to a

flexible staff that discounted the deposit I wasn’t aware of.

I had a pet and there was no specification listed about the $75 non-refundable deposit - and I had emailed prior to arrival about requesting a secluded room for my emotional support puppy who was still learning not to bark but I wasn’t aware of any deposit- non refundable at that especially for a registered emotional support animal!!!

The amount of outdoor space for our golden retriever. The level of cleanliness was outstanding.

Staff was very accommodating; my reservation was set for the wrong weekend but your associates were able to provide us a room. The breakfast was acceptable & walk around the facility was relaxing.
