We thought the themed room was super fun and clean. Cooler in fact than we expected. There were a lot of little details that made the room very special.
Although management was very nice, he was very pushy for a good review to the point where he disturbed my wife and I relaxing with coffee on the deck to ask us to give a good review.

We had a magical stay in the charming Tree House at Castle Wood Cottages in Big Bear. It's a cozy, storybook retreat in the trees that is so peaceful and romantic.
The workers were incredibly nice and hardworking and made us feel so welcome.
We had a small language barrier but easily communicated with Google Translate, and they were so patient and friendly about it.

Couples only, good location that was central to everything.
Property needs maintenance. It was overgrown and had paint peeling on outside facilities. Lights outside the window came through the window all night.
