Friendly, clean...
I booked on line and it didn't mention that all the suites were on the 2nd floor, with no elevator. The staff had to find us a new room on the 1st floor, because stairs were not an option for us. We had to down size the bed and room. The staff made everything good for us. The stairs should be mentioned on line.

Cheap hotel rates
Place is pretty run down. There are several families that live there and they just hung out outside and in the lobby.
