The availability and price of room given that fact that half the city was without power.
The bed was not very comfortable felt as if we was sleeping on a board.

3rd party booking in coordination with hotel was lacking as far as extending stay or changing dates. Not necessarily the hotel's issue.

The breakfast was the best Biscuit and gravy. And we had issues with the TV and was moved no issues to another room.
