Comfortable bed. Easy access. Accommodating..

Stuff on walls should have been cleaned up. Layers of dust on floor boards and floors weren't very clean, especially the corners.

half of one side of curtain was off the pullie rod & could not be closed all the way, the tub faucet was loose & the knob to pull up for the shower didn’t work,there was No smoke detector only a hole in the wall

My bed was comfortable but struggled to keep warm.

Only had a muffin, orange juice and coffee

Couldn't drive up to entrance to check in, drive was intentionally blocked by a golf cart. My room was on the second floor, stairway closest to room was blocked off for repair so had to walk clear down to the other stairwell. I wear a heart monitor and I was unable to plug in my device because all the wall lights on each side of bed were glued to be inoperable, even the one across the room. Had to pull out a nightstand and unplug something in order to use an outlet. I was cold, no blanket anywhere, unable to call office as phone was also inoperable. Heater seemed to have a limit on temperature setting.

Would return but not thrilled with the shower..........may skip using it passing through

The shower.......basin too shallow and water got outside of the shower area onto the tile floor

Got the job done but will not stay again.

We love the location of the hotel.

The room we stayed in was clearly not updated like the others we have stayed in from previous trips. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the pillows were very worn and lumpy. Hotel staff were a little rude and not helpful when we asked for extra accommodations like plastic forks and a couple of muffins when they were out in the lobby.

This was a good place to sleep at along our way to our destination. Plenty of space in the room.

Location was good and close to the interstate.

There was basically no breakfast choice. Muffins and coffee/juice. There wasn't even cereal and milk.

I was comfortable for the most part. It doesn’t take much for staff to be a little nicer. When I checked out the lady in

it was very quiet and clean

the bed wasn’t as comfortable and the shower head definitely needs to be replaced

There was tape on the room door lock to hold it together, and it wouldn't lock the entire way.

options of muffins were good.

It would have been nice to have the option of hot chocolate. The OJ and the apple juice were horrible tasting. The dining room was dark and uninviting. The bathroom wall was dirty.

Basic necessities were provided

Our initial assigned room had no heat. We were moved into a satisfactory room with heating.

No breakfast was available.

This was a convenient stop on the trip to New Orleans. The bed was comfortable & the room was quiet.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel. Wasn’t aware they had a ‘continental’ breakfast.

Landscaping upgrade would make the location more inviting. Newer carpeting, appliances, bathroom fixtures would go a long way in improving business. The personnel were lacking in enthusiasm and greeting.

We slept well but the grounds and rooms need attention.

The bedroom was clean, as was our bathroom.

Lots of debris and dirt around the buildings. No breakfast even though the website says there is. No cups in the room for coffee there. No chain lock or other extra security measure in a seedy area.

Clean motel room with non-carpet floors.

Bathroom door could not be closed. It didn't fit into the frame and had to stay open.

Don’t stay there!!

We were scared to eat the breakfast as the room was so filthy

The curtains had vomit on them. The floor had sand all over as the door didn’t fully close. You could see daylight all around the edges. Bathroom had mold, several different colors of paint, holes inthe wall.

Location was good and grounds spacious.

Property was somewhat down on its luck and appeared worn and in need of renovations. Door did not close easily as you had to slam it to shut.

Staff short handed room was not ready when we needed to check in had to go else where that was very inconvenient for us we needed the room at that time for medical reasons and we were asked to wait up to 2 more hours.
