Very nice room, windows that opened,china coffee cups and glass water glasses. No plastic waste! Excellent breakfast- eggs, potatoes, bacon , sausage, whole and cut fresh fruit. Again no plastic - china plates, real silverware and glasses. All you could want in a hotel.

Nice clean and comfortable room, good location, which was near some local eateries and also some shops (Target, TJ Maxx etc.)
Free parking that was close to the property
Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and really tasty food, rather than just the standard fodder some places dish up
If you want to travel further afield like into San Jose, to the Westfield shopping centre or to the Caltrans train station you will need to either drive or garb an Uber though
When we checked in the receptionist asked who was using the room (my son and myself) and he said the room only had a queen bed (which we had booked via Booking.com) would be too small and made us upgrade for $10 a night to a room with a larger bed - I'm sure the original booking would've sufficed though :(
Also the room only had one tea bag (they seem to cater for coffee addicts in the USA) and they didn't replenish it when they cleaned the room, nor did they clean the cups we had used. When I asked at reception for more tea bags, they didn't have any :(

I liked how neat and clean my room was. And I was amazed at the breakfast buffet. It was excellent.

The Location, Miss Wood, but the room is position in a noisy area of the hotel, where the front Street because a lot of noise
Mochon is very old and the pictures and the reality are very different. The Breakfast was so so.
