Free parking, ease of getting in and out, location, and the staff.
Our refrigerator was broken, the towel rack kept falling down partially, and it had a stale smell. But they offered a discount the next day without us even asking for one or having to do anything. Super nice.

After a long drive, I arrived and checked in. The employee at the desk, Paris, got my paperwork taken care of quickly. She was pleasant and helpful with info of surrounding restaurant and stores that I inquired about. She laughed at my jokes and made me feel welcomed. Made me feel relaxed and at home.
Some morning car/truck traffic noises. But it wasn’t that bad.

This Extended Stay was better than others I stayed at. It was cleaner. I didn’t see bugs and it appeared to be renovated more recently.

Clean
Thin walls. Inadequate breakfast. Staff was not rude but checked us in wry quickly because he was busy in the laundry room and didn’t give us any information about breakfast or thank us for staying.
