Staff and owner was very friendly. Locating walking distant to Guaranteed Rate Field, restaurants and local bars. Sunday Brunch was amazing. Excellent variety of signature meals.

Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning for each guest. The area seemed pretty safe, and taxi/uber pickup was easy enough.
There were very limited options for breakfast, and most of the time the eggs were undercooked. The room looked clean on the surface, but further inspection lead to extremely filthly areas under the bed and stains on the sides of the mattress. The bed itself was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep. The Wifi was very slow, and the TV only worked becuase previous guests had already been logged in. Building security was not satifactory.
