Needed a bed for the night. I felt safe (important) but deodorizer smell was strong & unpleasant.

Helpful staff, parking lot well lit, safe and location was good. I didn't have breakfast.

The room deodorizer was seriously overwhelming and unpleasant.

The trip was great and the property can be nice with just a little attention to the basics

Lacked basics, soap, tissues horrible towels. No hair dryer, coffee The outside property lacked pride, needs some attention Trash in parking lot. Just a little attention can make a big difference Location was convenient

Motel 6 a bit grungy. Love Surfer's Point dog beach tho a bit rocky & some local restaurants, shops

No breakfast, just coffee @ Motel 6. Pets allowed but no good places to walk dog @ nite & a man was riding in circles on a bicycle with bright headlight fast, & close to us, appeared to be scoping to rob or something not good, upset my dog. Didn't feel quite safe, heard people yelling outside @ night & someone left a small barking dog outside for quite awhile. Close to beach & other things but not good neighborhood.

I stated above, unsafe neighborhood, not good dog-walk areas close to room, people yelling outside @ night, a small dog outside room barking long time, when I took my dog out for last walk of night, a man riding fast & close to us in circles around parking lot on bicycle with bright headlight appeared to be scoping to rob, my dog got upset & barked, we went back inside fast. In room, I stepped on a sticky dirty bandaid from a previous guest & washed my feet. Glad I brought my own shampoos & soap, all Motel 6s give nowadays is a tiny bar of soap.

Reasonably priced and close to everything I need in Ventura, CA.

I have stayed at this location several times. The proximity to the downtown area, freeway and beach make this an excellent location. The amenities are awesome for the price paid. As I travel through the area in the future, I plan to stay here again.

No complaints about this place.

It was a basic Motel 6 experience with a friendly staff.

The location provided access downtown and most everything needed was within walking distance. Wifi was great.

As expected from the location and proximity to freeway, the noise and street traffic occasionally intruded.

The smell inside the room was unbearable, all the clothes stinked after a night there

Value for the area, and very nice staff, rooms were cleaned, and beds made daily.

My mattress was old and squeaky, so I wasn't very comfortable. That, along with the train and freeway noise, made it a little hard to sleep. Had the bed been more comfortable, it would have made sleeping more doable. Background noise does not usually bother me.

Right by the 101 and close to Main St. downtown Ventura shops and restaurants.

Traffic noise was a distraction but we had earplugs.

I had a hard time because the heater didn't turn on and the room was too cold. He only gave me a blanket.

Stay 2 night to attend Ventura Car Show

Parking and staff. I was towing a vehicle on a trailer parking spot is a A+ Only problem was I didn't carry any safety cones and the staff (receptionist) call on of the maintenance guy to bring me safety cones. Great staff!!!

Nice place to stay in Ventura, had everything we needed for our 3 night stay! We would definitely stay again.

Nice, clean, well maintained motel in great location with secure free parking. Ten minute walk to beach & downtown Main Street for restaurants & shopping. Stayed in king room, mattress was comfortable, room had microwave & mini-fridge. Very helpful front desk & housekeeping staff.

The door room 209 was a little hard to open, had to push hard to open & pull hard to close. We managed and didn’t interfere with our stay.
