The location was close to downtown and to the start of the bike event we were in town for. We could easily bike to breakfast before the event, ride to the event, then ride to the hotel after. Since it is located downtown, we could walk to dinner and breakfast the next night.
I know most Motel 6's are right on the highway, but this one was extra noisy it seemed. I assume the Country Music Event the second night was the reason for the expensive hotel rooms this weekend, but it was a lot of money for a Motel 6 room.

Perfect walking distance from DT, the beach, shops, and restaurants
The property was dated, all older rooms. They were decent for price and stay.
