Management & staff need improvement.

The room was clean

The pool & hot tub were out of service. Main reason for staying was to use pool. Our room wasn't ready, even though we arrived after 3pm check in. The front desk person & housekeeper were arguing about room not being ready. It was very unprofessional. They finally put us in a room that was ready. The second night of our stay we couldn't get into outside door of hotel or our room. They had to reboot our key.

Disappointing

Clean rooms

If it’s not busy, quality slides. Stayed on a Saturday night, no complaints. Stayed the next night which was obviously a Sunday and it was completely different. First room they gave us didn’t have made beds. Second room they gave us didn’t have towels or toiletries and the next morning they had no hot food like they did on the weekend. I get it, I’m sure it wasn’t super busy, but if you’re going to advertise for a hot continental breakfast and you’re going to charge the same, you need to actually have it .

I would not recommend this hotel. The cost was extremely high for what they offer.

The bed was ok.

The a/c unit was small and not cold. The bathroom was very small and the sink was outside the bathroom next to the outside door. No breakfast. Not even coffee.

when we arrived we were told that the room we booked was not available. We did not stay and still got charged for our room. would not use booking.com again.

Crandon Inn is a pleasant quiet and comfortable place to stay.

The manager went out of his way to help us. We like the breakfast with the sausages. Most hotels the sausage is terrible but they had quality food. The beds were super comfortable and the room actually smelled fresh! We like the fact that it was quiet and we slept peacefully.

It look like it could have been vacuumed a little better. The price was a little high but it was cheaper than the casino and the rooms seem to be better too.

Location is perfect for what we needed but should not be advertising pool hot tub and bar if closed

Breakfast was good Location perfect for snowmobile trails

Ad shows pool, bar, hot tub. None of which were open, half the reason we booked. There were multiple dogs on the property of which it states no animals. There was hair all over a pillowcase which leads us to believe linens were not washed. Due to new ownership seems to be a one man operation. There were police officers on premises due to guest issues. Ice machine broke. Place has really gone downhill since new ownership.

The shining. Steven King movie

I didn't like anything about it. The pool was closed and the hotel itself was dark. Kinda gave me the feeling of the shining.

I didn't like that there was absolutely no one else there. The hotel was dark the pool was closed. We didn't even stay I was so creeper out.

not impressed with facilities

location and staff was excellent

pool was out of order for the second time I stayed there also stayed last year and pool was broken then also our shower had no hot water but yet the sink did place needs some maintenance updates to say the least

The room was nice and clean but go to a restaurant to eat breakfast.

We loved the large suite

The breakfast bar was very lacking, no coffee,no milk for cereal. No one to ask to get anything.

I travel through a couple times of year for business. I will not stay here again.

I ask for more coffee and gentlemen quickly made a new. He did not attempted to clean up breakfast area. Beds were comfortable

Breakfast area was not very well kept. All the coffee was out, breakfast cereal crushed all over the floor, no silverware, eggs on counter. NOT very appetizing at all. Full Laundry carts were in the hallway when I arrived in the evening. Laundry carts full of dirty sheets by the front desk area in the AM. No one at front desk anytime I was in the area. Customers had to ring the bell to get service. Not very eye appealing!

Don’t advertise that you have a pool and hot tub and then you get there and you’re not even able to use that should’ve b

The rooms were nice they were Comfortable beds

The pool and hot tub is not working and that’s why we took the place in the first place for breakfast Was terrible it was the same thing every single day and the eggs tasted like they were reheated the rooms had some repair that needed to be done in them for example there was a smoke detector that was off the wall and there was a hole there and the dresser the top drawer and it was broken And there was a glitch with the keys that we used in at one point we weren’t even able to get back into our rooms unless we went to check back at the desk

Bargain with them for pricing

The location was great for the event we were in town for

Ended up leaving a day early, spoke to the front desk said they couldn't discount any since we booked through booking.com. They credited other people we were with $46 for leaving early. Heard on the phone that you can bargain the price with them- please do so! I just told the front desk to not book our room until they unclogged the drain in the shower and sink- disgusting...
