staff and meals were great, breakfast was the highlight

better understanding of the wine and meal services would have been helpful, we did not understand the hard stop on time

The property was beautiful

Service was poor. No follow through, tried to get a massage asked multiple times for a massage. The day before we went there no follow through. Breakfast service was poor. Vegetarian asked for bacon 🥓 n the side that came with meal to give to mother. Very specific about this and bacon came on top of their meal. Room was above kitchen could hear workers talking in room.
