Quiet and the space with all the trees very nice
Water took forever to heat up and it wasn't strong enough. Very light. Shower curtain rip up top. Dirty spot on carpet. Old furniture.

Older structure (normal for the town), but well-kept. Room was clean: bed, bathroom, carpet, surfaces. Nice big TV. Bathroom fixtures worked well; small shower stall but good water flow. Mostly quiet area (some sounds from the main road on a workday morning). Friendly staff. Nice surroundings: small park-like yard with chairs and paths, etc. Room decorations were rustic/cowboy themed.
Small issue: no AC (mentioned in the hotel description), just a floor-standing fan. Not a problem at night, since nights are still cool, even in July.

I like that it was peaceful and well put together.
All the people that stayed were all put on the same floor so didn’t have much privacy.
