We loved the room with a balcony facing the lake. What a view! The staff were friendly and efficient and welcomed our dog with no fuss. There was an area to walk the dog. The location is just outside of town and easily accessible to both West Stockbridge and Lenox. In addition, the restaurant, Mint, is on the premise and has very good food. If you want spicy Indian food, you need to ask for it when placing your order.

Sweet location on the lake and close to town. Pleasant staff.
Our bathroom door did not stay completely open, so we bumped into an occasionally. No big deal.

The staff were all wonderful, very accommodating and responsive. The on-site restaurant was delicious. The magic pancake machine in the breakfast area was quite a treat.
The facilities are in decent shape, showing some signs of wear, but clean. There didn't seem to be an elevator, so stairs were the choice, but accessibility didn't seem to be an issue for anyone as I noted ramps and very little difficulty in getting around.
