the staff was friendly and helpful, the bldg is charming, the location is excellent. the robes are a nice touch.
the beds are not comfortable. they appear to be old and in need of replacement. the television did not work. the staff made an attempt to fix it, they were unable to do so. They said the system was not working correctly. you don't go to Santa Fe to watch television, however there was programming I wanted to watch and was unable to do so. If you are going to have a television, it has to work. The shower head needs replacement.

Location.
Rooms and property very dated and unkept. Deadbolt lock would not lock from the outside. Beds uncomfortable, fake fireplace, gnats all in room all the time, Air conditioning didn’t work. TV was a computer monitor.
