I really enjoyed the overall location and the great atmosphere. The people were also super nice and welcoming.
I was very disappointed with the mattress and pillows during our stay. I paid to stay at the Hilton for three nights, but I was unable to sleep well because our mattress had a large indentation on one side. It felt as though the mattress had not been rotated or replaced in a long time.
The pillows were also very uncomfortable. When lying down, they did not provide adequate support for my head and simply sank down, offering very little support.
I did complain about the mattress after our second night, but unfortunately, the issue was not addressed.
There is no point in having a beautifully renovated and well-decorated room if the mattresses are worn out and have large indentations. As Hilton Honors members, we expected a level of quality consistent with Hilton's standards, but unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations.
I hope Hilton will take this feedback seriously and address the condition of the mattresses and pillows to prevent other guests from having the same experience.
