An exceptional five-star experience from start to finish.
Our stay at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach was truly unforgettable. The hotel was immaculate, beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable, with a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere that made our time in Miami feel very special.
The pool facilities were outstanding and the perfect place to relax, while the food throughout our stay was exceptional. The level of service across the hotel was exactly what you would expect from a luxury five-star property — attentive, professional and welcoming without ever feeling intrusive.
A very special mention has to go to Victoria from the concierge team. Her personal service was absolutely incredible and she went above and beyond throughout our stay. She took such genuine care in helping arrange my proposal and made what was already going to be one of the most important moments of our lives even more special. Her attention to detail, warmth and personal touch made the whole experience feel completely unique to us.
Victoria helped make the proposal a moment that my fiancée and I will remember for the rest of our lives, and we genuinely cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us.
From the beautiful surroundings and fantastic facilities to the outstanding food and exceptional service, everything about our stay exceeded our expectations.
Nobu Miami Beach will always hold a very special place in our memories, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. A truly luxurious experience and easily one of the best hotel stays we have ever had.

Clean and well presented
Kids aren’t allowed to use the Nobu pool and have to use the Eden Roc pool. This wasn’t made clear to us when booking.
Additionally, we were told when we checked out that we could use the facilities then shower in the spa after to freshen up ahead of our flight. However when we went to use the spa we were told children not allowed.
Clearly the hotel is not accommodating for families and this should be made clear when booking.
