The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. I travelled alone with my 8 month-old and they had a pack-n-play and a crib reserved for us to choose. The staff was excellent, professional and very friendly - the reception, the maintenace/operational support when I had an issue with the tub (my fault). I liked the aesthetic and breeziness of the hotel, it felt very european. Of course you do not have the over-the-top amenities at the Faena or Fontainebleau, but it was actually nice to not hear club music until 3 am, or have swarms of people in the hotel. It was very low-key and chic. Air conditioning and ceiling fan were perfect for cooling the room quickly, especially with a baby.
I would absolutely book again.

Still waiting for my missing item from staff as they said they had it a few days ago now can’t find it.
It’s a white tripod stick. Hopefully it’s still there.
The bathroom and shower was not clean. The drain was clogged so I couldn’t use the shower

This property is so stylish! All the common areas and the room itself were so aesthetically pleasing. I wanted to take photos everywhere! My room was also quite spacious which was great. Also, the location is fantastic.
I came for a solo birthday trip which I mentioned in my booking but reception was pretty icy. She just handed me my room card. No explanation of the building, where the elevator is...or any of the property amenities. I asked about hte rooftop and she said its closed which was like...ok cool. Also I wasn't expecting freebies on freebies or anything but a simple Happy birthday and an enjoy your stay would have been nice. I was very disappointed when after having been gone the entire day since 10am with the please make up room sign on the door, housekeeping hadn't attended to my room. I arrived back home around 5pm and my room was just how I left it. When I called the front desk, they were like they finish at 5:30pm and that they could send them now but I needed to get ready for my birthday plans. The main reason I like to book hotels instead of AirBNBs is for the service and to feel taken care of, which was lacking here. I mentioned it in my checkout form, and they offered me free breakfast, but I was checking out and had to be on my way. All in all, I just feel like that should've been handled better. Finally, the bathroom was not up to par. The handle to adjust the water temperature in the shower/tub was totally loose and tough to keep at the desired temperature. Also, the tub (which I booked this room specifically for the tub!) just looked grimy and unappealing for taking a bath...definitely needed to be reglazed. Not what I'd expect at this price point.
