WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT WASTE UR MINEY

Hell no nothing I checked in and check out one second later do not ever it is a fraud and I'm still waiting for .e refund over a month later.

I hates everything I didn't even stay I check in on 2/16 and once I open the door to the room I started throwing up I went back to the front desk and checked out asked for a refund through booking and booking sent them an email and it is up to the hotel to grant u the refund over a month later I am still waiting for my refund.

The location was the only good thing! I slept in my car because the rooms were horrible! The second one was worst than the first one! Roaches everywhere! I am trying to get a refund! The smell in the rooms were awful, I have stayed there before it's been over a year but the conditions have NEVER been like this!

Rooms smelled, roaches, toilet stopped up in the first room as soon as we checked in! I complained and told the front that there is water all on the floor! Second room has roaches everywhere when we came back from the casino! We checked out and slept at a rest stop! Horrible, I have tried to call the front office to request a refund but NO ONE answers the phone! Not even a voicemail.

My Friday nite horror show getaway !!

The hot water

The peeling paint in the bathtub. The spot on the wall where a picture had been removed. ,the drawer missing in the broke dresser that they tried to charge me for,and the lite burnt out by the bed, ..no phone ,no Bible, only two towels ,one wash cloth ,one roll of toilet paper. I was very disgusted ......also was charged a $100 deposit on top of the price of the room and there was nothing said about a deposit on the booking app,,and the clerk said nothing bout a deposit until after the room was paid for then the deposit was charged against my card ..I had to ask what the extra charge was he was charging to my card ...there was a handwritten notice on a 3×5 card taped to the counter about the deposit..check out was a disaster because I had to wait 20mins for the desk clerk to radio a maid to go to the room and clear it for me to receive my deposit back ,imagine if I was in a hurry n just left ,,well then who gets my deposit of 100$ ? Thank you for your time n I will not be staying at this location any more because of the trauma of worrying around getting charged for broken missing furniture and having to share a towel and wash cloth and hand towel with my spouse .....good day ...also 123$ was not a reasonable price for the quality of stay ..

bad experience that i couldnt sleep.

nothing, the room was full of cockroaches, rats and bugs that i have to leave to get another hotel and I didnt stay there for a single night. It was a mess that night, all I need is my refund.

The room was below standard conditions not sanitary nor could you have entered the room once it locked itself from the inside. I request my balance as it was not supposed to have been charged at all. We didn’t stay in 5 minutes without trying to disinfect with a spray and use our Clorox wipes.

Wouldn’t book again

I liked how close it was to the venue.

Very dirty. Run down. AC didn’t cool. Found dirty used rags inside the drawers of the tv stand. Cigarette burns on the blankets.

Located near entertainment venue.

Active mold cultures in the shower. Stained white bedspread. Mold above main window. Ceiling falling apart. Non-fresh odor. Grimy beat up door/frame. Dangling wiring.

So bad experiance

One months ago, I reserved a room here and pay on app. We arrived there at midnight and checked in but unfortunately, when we opened the door of room, we found another person was in the room. The hotel’s staff just said sorry and we do not have another room. So we asked to cancel the reservation but they did not help us any more. They did not pay back our money until now.

The place sucks it reminded me of one of these crack motels you would see on “COPS”

Nothing except it was across the street from the concert venue we were going too

It’s wad run down, filthy, bugs in the tub and all around the room. The tub had a black streak down the middle of it . The person who checked us couldn’t have been any more rude if he tried. All kinds of sketchy activity going on in the parking lot . We left as soon as the sun came up the next morning and never even used the bathrooms they were so disgusting.

Disappointing for the money

Right next to a wing house and gas station. Ac units worked well, friendly staff.

The first room I was assigned too smelt like mildew, the toilet did not flush, there were roaches, and the carpet was flooded.also the wifi was very spotty.so I had to switch rooms and carry all my stuff into a new room which reeked of cigarette smoke (it was a non smoking room) also more roaches

Ok location

Terrible smell like someone had vomited. Every surface dirty. Cigarette burns in duvet. Pillow covers had dirt stains. Bathroom filthy. We insisted on and thankfully received a refund. We found a clean hotel elsewhere.

Even though we arrived at 6:00 pm, room was not ready to be occupied!

It was an end room of building, it was quiet at least.

a) T.V. did not work. b) No refrigerator or cooling cabinet c) No Microwave. d) No phone system to communicate with front office.

Horrible experience with no assistance from the office.

Convenient to my final destination.

The neighbors where sitting in front of my door smoking all night. When I asked them to move they refused. I could come and go as I paid to do. When I called the office nothing was done. Smoking and partying at my door all night.

The only thing I liked was being able to park directly in front of my door. That was it.

I didn't like the smell coming into the room. The light above the sink wasn't working at all. There wasn't a refrigerator and microwave in the room. It didn't look like anyone cleaned the room because there was hair on the towels. The bed was so uncomfortable that you could feel the bed springs. I tried spraying in the room. However, it didn't help it. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it smelled like cigs, axx, and mildew mixed together. The noise coming from others was terrible. I barely couldn't get any sleep. Never again will I stay there or recommend anyone to stay there.
