This property had the most amazing views from the huge balcony and the family room and kitchen. Loved all the wood paneling and antique decor sprinkled all about. The pool table was a nice bonus. The family room had lots of seating and several tables for game playing, eating and hanging out. The kitchen was well stocked. We stayed in 2 rooms on the top floor and the beds were very comfy. Truly a home away from home!

Great location overlooking the hills. The common area has a cabin look that fits perfectly with the location. Tim was very clean and free of any insects.
You can tell the place will eventually need work. Outside wooden stairs will need replacing, main door scrapes halfway when opening, A/C filter needs replacing, and there were signs of water leaks/humidity. Nothing concerning at the moment. I just hope that when remodel takes place, a nice bbq grill is added to the outside patio.

The view from the deck was very nice. They had some snacks and eggs and bread that you could cook and cleanup after yourselves. Felt a bit like dorm quarters where you share space, except most people don't want to do this unless you rent the whole house. The location to Julian was great, except many attractions were closed. wine tasting that was open in town was $16.00 per glass. The apple pie was great in town! Visit this town only during apple season!
The property was rundown. It smelled like pet urine upon entry. Our room's smell was sprayed, so first night was ok. The second night it smelled like mildew. The pocket door to the bathroom was installed wrong and it scraped so you had to muscle it open.
