Not too bad of a place to stay.

Very superb location. Good pool. Well stocked with necessities.

The lack of privacy in the living room and dining room/kitchen due to no drapes or blinds. To me the price was a bit high.

Big vintage house, very clean.

It’s an old house, well kept and very clean. Rooms have a good size, with confortable beds. Bathrooms working fine. Back yard is huge and the pool is really nice, also clean during our stay, so it was always in good conditions. The host is gentle and always available, since he lives nearby. I would stay here again for sure!

I would love if we could use the fireplace, that does not work.

I will tell you about the bad experience I had and that is why I will never return to Maimi. 2 days before my reservation this man calls me saying that the house was double booked, I had a similar problem in LA which they solved by upgrading my rooms, this man Diego took me to another house where the pool had a strong smell of chlorine, knowing about the procedure I asked him if the pool was ready to be used, he said yes, I asked the man who was cleaning the pool and he told me that it would not be until the next day. I gave him a $500 deposit, he said that when I left the place he was going to return it to me, only if you don't break anything at the time of check out, the man didn't show up, I asked him if he was going to come check his house and return my money, he said I can't until the afternoon I'm going over there don't worry you're with “honest” people it turns out that after the lady cleaned, he arrived and the dryer didn't work he called me saying “what happened to the dryer doesn't work”. man I am a technician who has worked for almost 7 years with Sears and my current job has to do with appliances I have experience the dryer had nothing and in the end they did not return the $500, honestly it has nothing, it is not a huge amount for me, But I wouldn't want someone else to go through this.

I wouldnt recommend this property. There were roaches everywhere.

The owner popped up on us at 11:30 at night as we were walking into the house. There were bugs throughout the home .
