I booked room last minute when I decided to travel to the area. There are long term residents who were respectful. Plenty of large cigarette recepticals for smokers. Smoking is outside only. There is one decidated chair to sit outside your room. If you stay upstairs it has a nice view of a historical looking large home. I liked the hum of the traffic. Walmart is very close for provisions. You insert key card to activate the air conditioning/heat. Being a solo traveler I felt safe. This is a large concern.
The office attendent was friendly and explained how to operate the AC/heat. There are laundry facilities onsite which I did not view. The only challenge was communicating with the Relax Inn reservations line. They were not helpful and offered a higher rate than the 3rd party I used. I shall return.

Breakfast was not in the listing. Great place to stay. Rooms were really clean. Air conditioner was really cold

It was a very comfortable room, everything was clean, I just get upset over people who give two stars or less. I think I got more than expected so I would give them 6 stars
There was no breakfast, but they don’t have the adequate space for a dining room. Again there was a Wendy’s restaurant and McDonald’s close by

Parking close to rooms, tv channels great.washer dryer.
Small rooms. Curtains didn't fit windows, no privacy, to close to private property.
