The room was spacious. The location was great and view was very nice.
I am still waiting for a credit of $118.95 which the manager approved during check in due to room not being ready after returning three times. I have a receipt showing credit. It has been almost a month and I have not received credit on credit card. The rooms are very expensive due to fact that they are very dated. The staff very very friendly and breakfast was good.

Beautiful location with good amenities
Two of us were staying three nights and the room only had one towel, one hand towel and one bath towel. We did get more but they should have been in the room

The location was great, we could walk to the ferry station to get to Mackinac island. The staff were very kind and helpful. They made a nice gift bag for us to celebrate our anniversary!
Breakfast was meh. Boiled sausage patties that were greyish brown in color. Normal hotel breakfast things but made less well than other places. Bed not comfy. Outdated. Popcorn ceilings. Remote control broken. The walls were thin, we could hear little kids’ coughing in the next room all night. Not the kids fault, but the hotel should have better insulation.
