Breakfast is good and the coffee is strong. The room was a nice size, with a cozy sitting area and comfortable bed. The shower was roomy and the water hot. The air conditioning worked well, and it was easy to make sure the room was the exact temperature for comfort. The blackout shades were good, so it was dark and easy to sleep. Super quiet! Good value for money and even as a corporate type of hotel, it was very comfortable and friendly. Nice snacks available to buy and a nice bar. Good WiFi!
Location was good for my needs, but not exactly a tourist hotspot. It sometimes took awhile to get an uber (11 min), but if you ave a rental it would be easy,

The staff and the breakfast were wonderful.
Everything else. Pool was down. I picked this location because the website said it had a pool. I've stayed at other Hyatt's, and i was expecting the same quality. So many things, things i won't go into here because I didn't say anything. I didnt complain because on friday, there was one employee. Seriously. And she was very nice but alone. Saturday, same. We saw one girl that morning. Oh and the lady cooking. Sunday there was a gentleman and more staff. But this was not the Hyatt I was expecting at all, not like the ones I've stayed at before.
Disclaimer: This weekend was a very quick weekend. If I had actually spoken to the wonderful staff about my issues, I'm SURE they would have helped me.
