I loved how it was kept mostly original! Exactly the vibe I wanted for an old hotel with history.

The building is a historic gem. The furniture and lamps/chandeliers are great. Really felt like I was staying 100 years back in time. The bed was nice and the curtains. I liked walking on the wood floors in bare feet, and the sound of thunder on the roof at night during a storm.
It’s really in need of a lil TLC. Like rip out all those carpets that must be 100 years old.
And get some new towels every year or so instead of every decade.
But all in all it was really fun to stay there for 2 nights.
