everything was great, the tiki bar was a nice touch and staff were very accommodating. also very very close to the beach and all restaurants.
Unfortunately the original room we booked had dirty floors, our fridge was broken, and the tv remote wasn’t the one that was for that tv but after having a talk with the staff and voicing our concerns they immediately switched us to a different room and expressed their apologies.

Nearness to beach
I was told I could check-in as early as 11:00 I told them I would arrive at 1:00 and the room was not ready until 3:00
They had not removed the garbage and I didn’t get ice trays
The walls are paper thin I heard the neighbors
I didn’t get pool towels
