The location is perfect right next to the Broadwalk, the beach, Margaridaville, bandshell, restaurants, bars, grocery store. You can’t have better location.
The staff also do nice and helpful specially Laura at the front desk/office she is soo nice and gets out of her way to help and make you feel comfortable. The hotel has also a couple bicycles, which is also a huge plus.

Location location location EXCELLENT
Very old and dated. Our bathroom light flickered like a disco and reported this issue and not fixed. Toilet ran and chain kept coming off handle. Gross to lift up toilet tank lid to fix
