The registration personnel (one woman) was overwhelmed with a line to get to check-ins. She was able to process check-in efficiently and in a friendly manner.
The hotel was sold out. My room had no privacy blind useable - it was damaged or broken. It could not be replaced or repaired because maintenance staff unavailable. It was a little unsettling at night. I will commend the registration lady for coming to assess the situtuation and offer her apologies. Also, though shared areas of hotel were immaculate, my bathroom had looked clean but a piece of dried USED soap was left in the soap dish. Some small areas of mold were in the tub area.
