Best Western Wilsonville Inn & Suites

The staff was very nice. The facilities were clean. The cost was under what I expected.

The phone in the room was not working it had to be replaced, the maintenance person accomplish that. The clock in the room did not work the maintenance person could not rectify the problem told me to talk to the front desk. The front desk took a note to pass on to the 5 pm front desk person, but I never got a response. I know most people use their cell phones for alarms and so do I, but when I wake up in the middle of the night I like to roll over and see what time it is.

Very convenient location with plenty of restaurants and other services nearby was just what we wanted. Also, the room was very quiet.

The bed frame was creaky, although the mattress was comfortable. Everything else was very nice.

I liked how clean my room was. The entire hotel was very clean. The staff was very nice. Pamela is a gem.

Food i guess

Everything was great. Accept the beds, the beds were rock hard. And I actually hurt more from sleeping on them. Then, I did driving a 3 hour distance in my car. I would not go back to this hotel due to the bed.
