We had a great experience with the GM Veronica! I made an error when booking online, wrong week and she happily changed the reservation and gave us a recently renovated room. She was very friendly and happy to help fix what could have been a disaster for us. The hotel is older and does need additional renovations as it is tired and outdated. Our room was very clean, but some attention to the common areas like the hallways would have been nice as they weren't as clean as they could have been. Overall a fairly good experience, would likely return if in the area again.
Some of the common areas of the hotel could have been cleaner. The hallways needed to be vacuumed and the tables in the breakfast area needed a good deep cleaning as they were sticky.

Staff was excellent. Location good. Basic hotel room for the money, served the purpose of our trip. Close to a nice walk next to the river.
Food for breakfast mediocre. Difficulty with coffee maker. Computer had glitches on check out.

Location and front staff
Elevator had some issues and there some bad odour in the elevator than the room was spacious but the washroom and shower were not clean towels had some stains and even the bed sheets had some stains.
