Good

The staff. Bed was very comfortable.

No closet. No way to hang clothes. No coffee maker in room. TV can't be seen from the desk.

Entirely adequate, but over priced

It was well spaced out. A place to be private outside of your room if you wanted

Although they are renovating, still need some work. Floors in rooms were dirty. Breakfast selection was limited. Breakfast area could have been bussed better. We thought it was over priced

I enjoyed myself and it was close to where I was visiting.

Everything was very good. They continue maintaining the facilities. They should use wet and forget in the shower to cut down on calcium buildup.

There wasn’t a closet or hooks on the walls to hang up clothes. They have the space to put in a cabinet for hanging clothes.

Okay in a crunch, but they are trying

Newly remodeled. They are trying really hard to turn this place around, and that takes time and money.

The bathroom ceiling was falling in above the toilet. Maybe leaky roof. The floor tiles were all loose and felt a little sketchy walking on it. Once breakfast is gone, it's gone, so plan on getting there EARLY. The air conditioner is very loud and obnoxious. The price seemed high for one night with these types of issues.

Room interior was up to date AND very clean. Exterior is in need of a freshening up: stairs to 2nd floor AND catwalk.

See above! Plus the cleanser used to freshen room was overpowering and literally, sickening!

Decent place for decent price.

it looked to be under a renovation to get it back better standard. The outside had a nice courtyard and the beds were brand new and rooms were very clean. The bathtub could have been cleaner but I suspect that they were not part of the renovation and are just old.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and it was convenient and inexpensive for what it offered.

Disappointing

The grounds had lots of trip hazards! The stairs to second level were wood and not finished, painted or otherwise. Just very old paint badly chipping. Hard to maneuver on.

The front desk Daniel was good. Location. Breakfast was good

It's under construction. The room was dirty and changed the 1st room right away cause it smelled like smoke. The cleaning crew were smoking. The cliental was sketchy. All and all not worth the money at all. Room is dirty.!!!

Disappointing

I asked for a lower level because i have leg issues and i got a message they coyld accomodate and then when we got there we were put on the second floor.

Bathroom shower was extremely small. Breakfast was not what we were expecting and had to go somewhere else to eat. Room bed spread was stained and we didnt notice it until making the bed before we left.

Exceptional employee

Daniel, the afternoon clerk, was exceptionally kind and helpful. We had an issue with the TV in the room and he came right over to check it out. He is a super employee with a positive attitude and demeanor.

The Roku TV would not connect to the internet despite repeated tries.

pay for what you get. The photos are far better than the room. Front desk was very good

I was not expecting too much and hotel delivered what was paid for.

Nice quick room for the night with helpful kind staff-- bathroom could be cleaner.

Daniel at the front desk was an absolute treasure and a great resource for our travels. He was awesome to talk to and very accommodating. The price was good all things considered and I liked the free coffee and little breakfast.

The bathroom was kind of gross. Things could have been wiped down wayyy better-- it seems like whoever cleans only pays attention to surface level stuff like the top counter in the bathroom and the bedding and the kitchenette table. I kept noticing grime on the lower shelf in the bathroom (where the towels were), on the door, around the shower... I'm usually not so picky but I really value a clean bathroom and this one did not meet my expectations.

Overall, we had a great time, slept well, and were able to enjoy the area.

Extremely friendly staff. I am hard of hearing and asked for a few things to be repeated. The check-in clerk had no issues with my request. The room was cozy and suited our needs. It was convenient to everything we had planned for our short trip.

I am a short person and the beds are a little high. Maybe putting a small step stool to get onto the bed would have been helpful.

Shower facuet need to be screwed in tighter because when I lifted the little knob to run the shower felt like it was gonna fall off.

it was close to where we wanted to be

first room had a tube of denture cream in the bed, and smelled like marijuana. It clearly was not cleaned properly and the staff kept leaving the office so you couldn’t get help or coffee until they returned unless you called a number. The second room had cobwebs in ever corner and cracks in the walls. The woman at check IN was very friendly. The staff (3) in the lobby at check OUT were not at all! I feel like $100USD was about three times what it was worth!

Exceptional

Both staff members during check in and check out were absolutely wonderful. I wish I remembered their names. I believe the woman had an accent of some sort and the guy in the morning was very friendly and funny.
