Upon registering for the room we mentioned that it would be nice if they had some vegan, gluten free options for breakfast. The staff immediately wrote back that they did have those. I then received a second email saying the head chef was also going to look for some GF waffle mix that they hoped to have set up by the time of our arrival. We were very impressed by the quick and very generous response.
It appeared that they were not able to get the GF waffles in time, but that was fine because they had so many other options. We especially appreciated the rosemary potatoes and the almond milk being available!
Also, our room smelled minty each time we returned in the evening which was very nice and we were impressed that the trash was emptied each day and our linens freshened. We felt very pampered! :-)
Last, we were delighted to see "little Jesus" around the hotel! All the staff was kind and helpful. When we checked out it was such a lovely touch that we were asked if we'd like a water for the ride home. I think all of this attention to detail is what made it a great experience. Keep up the good work!
I only wish that we knew beforehand that if you have a student at the college you can get a discount! :-)
