We enjoy the 60's era 'Mom & Pop' properties. These one level, exterior door, park in front of your room motels are great when traveling and being in a new town each day. Handy as heck. Each room has its own back deck. Nice owner operator. Perfect size little C-Store in the office. There is coin-op laundry on-site. They are almost a thing of the past.
Like all motels of the 50s and 60s the BR is tight.

It was convenient for our overnight stay. The room was clean, a/c worked well.

The bed was not very comfortable felt like it was blow up mattress
