Hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, pool is a nice feature and breakfast options are varied. The staff was friendly and responsive. I like how the toiletries have been changed to safer and less toxic type and now come in full bottle sizes mounted on the wall so that there’s less waste.
There was no safe box for valuables in the room, the ac unit was very loud and there was a dripping sound coming from the fridge. We didn’t see any water around it so only assuming it was in the rear of it. The tub did not drain properly and water stayed long after I was done showering. Our room was located immediately near the elevators and the ice machine located there was constantly running and could be heard all night. Also I think the hot tub in the pool area should be better monitored, it seemed entirely too hot.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and hot water and ac was great. Size of room was also bigger than I expected.
Bed was very uncomfortable like an old spring mattress. Toilet was very low to ground and hard to sit and get up. Water pressure was lacking. Breakfast was very lacking as eggs and potatoes were gross.
